Versuni announces Nathalie Slechte as interim Chief People Officer.
Versuni, Amsterdam, July 16, 2024 – Versuni, a leading home appliance company, announces that Jana Belyusova, Chief People & Culture Officer, is currently on personal leave. To maintain the continued smooth operations of the Versuni HR activities globally, Nathalie Slechte has been appointed to serve as interim Chief People Officer, reporting to Véronique Pauwels, President & CEO, effective August 5, 2024.
With more than 25 years of experience in the FMCG industry in both commercial and HR roles, Mrs Slechte has a track record of driving transformations and creating long term value through the people agenda, while building strong partnerships throughout the business. Mrs Slechte joins Versuni from Heineken, where she most recently led the HR Europe function. Prior to this, Nathalie held roles at major consumer goods companies, including Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Royal Philips, Kraft Heinz and PepsiCo.
“With her wealth of experience, and understanding of the needs of our organization, I am confident that Nathalie is well-equipped to lead the global HR function through this period,” said Véronique Pauwels.
