**Versuni, Amsterdam, October 16, 2024** – Versuni, a leading home appliance company, announces that Berend van Wel has been appointed Regional President of Europe & Americas, reporting to Véronique Pauwels, President & CEO, Versuni, effective November 1, 2024. 

Mr. van Wel started his professional career at McKinsey after which he moved into retail, as Commercial Director at Maxeda. He is joining Versuni from FrieslandCampina, where he was acting President Director for FrieslandCampina in Indonesia, overseeing their Indonesia market and operations. Prior to Indonesia, he held multiple roles in various locations as Managing Director of the Vietnam market, Global Transformation Director and Global Procurement Director. 

Mr. van Wel has a strong track record of driving growth and transformation, unlocking new avenues of growth through driving fundamental changes in route-to-market, portfolio and building the necessary capabilities for sustainable success.

Versuni appoints regional President of Europe & Americas

**Versuni, Amsterdam, September 2, 2024** – Versuni, a leading home appliance company, announces that Luc Volatier has been appointed Chief Operations Officer, reporting to Véronique Pauwels, President & CEO, Versuni, effective September 1, 2024. 

Mr Volatier began his professional career at Danone, where he held multiple R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain positions across Europe and Asia. He then advanced his career at Numico and GrandVision before serving as EVP Operations and R&D at Jacobs Douwe Egberts as a member of the Executive Committee. He joins Versuni from Coty, where he served as Chief Supply Officer, and from Accell Group (a KKR portfolio company) where he held a role as independent Board Member.

Mr Volatier brings a wealth of experience in turnaround and transformation within global operations, which will be invaluable in driving operational excellence.

The Philips Robot Lawn Mower with GardenCare Intelligent Technology uses GPS mapping to mow your lawn in precise parallel lines, ensuring complete coverage with minimal effort. It automatically returns to its base station to recharge and resumes mowing from where it left off, guaranteeing a consistently immaculate garden.

With the HomeRun app, mowing schedules can be set, monitored, and managed from anywhere. The mower's parallel-line mowing technique ensures no missed spots and completes the task three times faster than traditional random-pattern mowers. Additionally, the mower is designed for easy cleaning with its self-standing feature, which makes the task effortless when using a garden hose.

**Unmatched After-Sales Support**
At a lawn mower owner's option, exceptional after-sales support is provided, including a winter care service package that ensures your mower stays in top condition. This service includes:

- Testing and maintenance of drive components
- Functional testing of sensors and motors
- Visual inspection
- Battery tests
- Software updates
- Knife replacements
- Thorough cleaning

The Philips Robot Lawn Mower will be picked up, cleaned, updated with the latest software, have its blades replaced, and be stored in a dry and warm environment throughout the winter season. At the start of spring, the Robot Lawn Mower is automatically returned to its rightful owner.
